Just couldn't stop myself...

...from knitting more of these DW or Double Woven cloths! I had to try all of my variegated yarns...

...yes, I know I'm addicted, but I just had to ...
keep on trying....
and then I tried two solid colors...
and then a variegated and a solid! The combinations are endless!!
Conclusion: I REALY like these cloths!!

happy knitting :)

  1. Wow! That's a lot of DW cloths! I actually just recommended that stitch to my best friend for some sock yarn she had that was doing some wicked pooling. I am very amused by that stitch. Beautiful results you got there!

  5. Holy dishcloth, you are a speedy one! Nice cloths! I've been meaning to try that pattern forever, and you are inspiring me to try one soon. But first, I'll have to get further along on the linen handtowel I just started from Mason-Dixon. It's sport-weight, so it's gonna take me a while! :)

  6. goodness, first it was the ballband and now it's DW. lol. I hadn't even thought about using a variegated and a solid or vice versa!! I gotta tell you, you go above and beyond yarn combinations! I love it!!

  7. Don't know whether you have tried it yet - I just surfed in from Monthly DIshcloth KAL, but ....

The LionBrand Dishcloth - done in two colours - is (to use a cooking term) to die for.
Use a solid colour for the first two rows of the pattern and a variegated colour for the third and fourth rows.

Or to use up the left-over bits of yarn. With only two rows to do - you can use up multiple mini-balls of yarn!

    Happy knitting,
